Looking for songs for our upcoming Film and Television Music Compilation and Showcase!
Submissions are now open for great, hit, songs to be placed on our next film and television music sampler - Sync It!.
The Compilation will be sent to TV and film music supervisors we personally know, plus exhibited at select music conferences. We have a great track record (pardon the pun), on not only syncing music, but making and marketing compilations for the right people to hear. This is a promotional use only compilation and not for sale to the public.
We're looking for great songs (from both female and male artists, across all music genres) to pitch for film and television placement opportunities. The agreement is non-exclusive and your contacts will be provided to our clients so they can contact you directly.
You must own or control 100% of your master recordings and publishing (copyright). Your recordings must be of the highest record/radio quality and already mastered (no rough demos please).
The cost for submission is $10 to help with admin, selection and sorting costs (this is non-refundable), and if selected the cost for placement is $250 which covers our production, time to organize, mailing, marketing and connections. We have also produced, marketed and released over a dozen artist albums. Our songs have been placed on CBS, the WB, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, MTV, and countless films, as well as rotation on radio stations worldwide.

A personal note

As you may have read, there is a production fee of $250 to be on the compilation. This covers, simply, the cost for my company to create the CDs, press, ship them, and do all the marketing. Think of it like an AD whereby you are going DIRECT to people who want to hear songs from ME. I have a really strong track record as an artist advocate running this label, Warrior Girl Music, and Songsalive! (songwriters organization), as well as being a well known independent artist/songwriter myself, with song cuts and placements. I create compilations as just one of many platforms I have created for you, the artist, because I believe in the artist being the master of their lives, AND I believe in trying to avoid as many middlemen as possible for you. Of course, if you decline this offer, I totally understand and I can think of your song for other purposes down the road. But for now, I'm focusing on getting songs to film and tv music supervisors, which is the purpose of the compilation.
